Payment Plan

Travel Trumpets requires an initial deposit of 30% of the total trip cost to be made at the time of booking in order to confirm it. Once you receive the booking confirmation, the balance payment for your trip needs to be made at least 30 days prior to your arrival. In case, this payment is not received in time, Travel Trumpets reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the booking amount in entirety.

In case the booking is made within 30 days of the travel date, then the complete travel cost needs to be paid at the time of booking in order for it to be confirmed. 25% of the booking amount is the non refundable deposit.

All payments made by credit/ debit cards also attract payment fees levied by the card issuer which will be added “as is” to your booking amount.

 

Pricing for each trip displayed on our website is true at the time of booking and checked by us while issuing you the trip confirmation. However, for bookings made well ahead of time, there might be additional costs added to the trip due to increase in fuel costs or additional taxes levied by the government, fluctuation of exchange rate and any other such causes which are outside our control. Travel Trumpets will pass on any increase in charges applicable to your booking prior to your trip and will have to be paid on or before your arrival.

For all bookings confirmed by us, Travel Trumpets reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary in order to suit travel and accommodation bookings and will inform of you these changes, in writing, as early as possible. Travel Trumpets also reserves the right to cancel in part or in full the travel itinerary which requires a group booking, in cases where the minimum number of bookings are not met. In such a scenario, Travel Trumpets will refund the amount in part or in full (as applicable) after deduction of minimal handling charges and administrative fees. In scenarios where the itinerary has gone ahead in spite of reduced bookings, Travel Trumpets reserves the right to impose additional charges, as applicable, where were paid for fulfilment of the minimum number of bookings required.

In case you would like to make any changes to the travel itinerary, all such requests must be sent to us in writing as early as possible. You are also liable for any additional charges resulting from the changes you have requested and accepted by us and all such dues must be cleared on or before you arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of a cancellation request of the booking, Travel Trumpets follows the policy below:

60 - 30 days prior to arrival - 70% refund

29 - 15 days prior to arrival - 30% refund

14 - 8 days prior to arrival - 10% refund

7 - 0days prior to arrival - No refund

In case of cancellation of a booking made within 30 days of the travel date, Travel Trumpets is unable to guarantee any refund, even if the request for cancellation is made immediately after the booking confirmation.
